Flow was founded in 2020 by Arun Anand and Vyoma Pandit, bringing together experience across some of India’s leading real estate organisations. Today, that experience is backed by a 100+ member team working across markets, projects and functions. Our approach is simple: hire people who understand the business, give them room to take ownership, and build an environment where good ideas can move quickly.
