Question 1

How will we track our project's performance?

Accepted Answer

Flow uses sales management systems and funnel reporting to track key activities such as leads, follow-ups, site visits and conversions. This gives teams greater visibility into project performance and helps inform decisions on sales execution and demand generation.

Question 2

Can Flow work with our existing sales team and channel partner network?

Accepted Answer

The engagement can be structured around the project's existing resources and requirements. Flow can help align sales execution, marketing and channel partner activity so the different functions work towards shared project objectives.

Question 3

How does Flow approach channel partner management?

Accepted Answer

Flow combines channel partner outreach and activation with structured lead and walk-in registration through its BRO Portal. This helps bring greater organisation and visibility to partner-led sales activity.

Question 4

What types of real estate projects does Flow work with?

Accepted Answer

Flow's experience spans residential developments and plotted projects, across different price points and market conditions. The recommended approach depends on the project's proposition, location, target buyers and sales objectives.

Question 5

How is Flow's engagement structured, and how do we get started?

Accepted Answer

The first step is to understand the project, its current sales position, inventory, target market and business objectives. From there, Flow can discuss the appropriate mandate scope, team structure, operating model and performance measures for the engagement.

Question 6

What does Flow Realty do for real estate developers?

Accepted Answer

Flow brings strategy, marketing, sales, distribution and collections together under one integrated model. We work with developers to position projects, generate demand, manage sales execution and improve visibility across the sales funnel with a focus on sales predictability and cash realisation.

Question 7

What is a real estate mandate, and how does Flow work on one?

Accepted Answer

A real estate mandate is an agreement in which a developer gives a specialist firm responsibility for taking a project, or a defined part of its inventory, to market, usually on an exclusive basis. On a Flow mandate, we take ownership of that journey end to end: positioning and pricing, marketing and lead generation, the sales team, channel partner distribution and collections. The developer works with one accountable partner, and the scope, team structure and performance measures are agreed for each project.

Question 8

Can Flow help a project that is struggling to sell?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We assess the project's positioning, pricing, target audience, demand generation, sales funnel and channel partner performance to identify where momentum is being lost. The approach is built around the project's specific challenges, rather than applying the same solution to every development.

Question 9

Do we need to build our own sales and marketing team if we work with Flow?

Accepted Answer

Flow provides an integrated sales and marketing model, reducing the need for developers to independently assemble and coordinate every function. The team structure and responsibilities are aligned to the project's mandate and operating requirements.

Question 10

How does Flow bring predictability to sales and cash flows?

Accepted Answer

Predictability comes from connecting the stages of the sales journey from lead generation and follow-up to site visits, bookings and collections. Flow uses structured execution and sales-funnel visibility to help teams track performance, identify gaps and act on them earlier.

Question 11

Is my booking confirmed once I pay online?

Accepted Answer

No. Every online payment creates a provisional booking only. Our sales team reviews each booking and confirms it with you, usually within 24 hours. The final confirmation and allotment is always done by the team.

Question 12

Is it safe to pay on this website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Payments are processed by trusted, regulated payment partners (PayU, Razorpay, or Cashfree depending on the project). Flow Realty never sees or stores your card, UPI, or bank details.

Question 13

What happens if I entered the wrong unit number or amount?

Accepted Answer

You are responsible for the unit number and amount you enter. If a payment was made with incorrect details, any eligible refund is processed after deducting the applicable payment transaction charges. Please double-check before paying.

Question 14

How do refunds work?

Accepted Answer

If a payment fails or a provisional booking is not taken forward, any amount deducted is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are made after deducting transaction charges and typically reflect within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Question 15

Who is the booking transaction between?

Accepted Answer

The transaction is between you (the customer) and the respective developer or builder. Flow Realty acts as the sales and technology facilitator for the booking and payment process.

Question 16

Are all projects on Flow Realty RERA-registered?

Accepted Answer

We work with RERA-registered projects from established developers. Each project page lists its RERA number where applicable. If you need the RERA details for a specific project, our team will share them on request.

Question 17

How can I become a channel partner with Flow Realty?

Accepted Answer

Visit our Channel Partner portal and register with your RERA, PAN, and Aadhaar details. Once our team approves your registration, you can start submitting leads and raising invoices directly from the portal.

Question 18

Will I get help after I book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After your provisional booking, a dedicated advisor reaches out to guide you through the next steps. You also get access to a personal dashboard to track documents, payments, and construction updates for your unit.
