Power of Flow Realty LLP is a mandate service provider that facilitates sales transactions between the developer, customer & Channel partner for a given project.
All the Channel partner fee shall be paid directly by the developer and Power of Flow Realty LLP will not be involved in any commercial arrangement with the channel partner with respect to the bookings done.
Every Channel Partner needs to register a lead officially with Flow Realty in the authorised link in order to be eligible for credit evaluation. Lead registration is mandatory in order to assign credit & process payment if the lead converts into a booking. If lead is not registered, it is considered invalid.
Flow Realty is just a service provider which facilitates service of a lead, sales discussion and transactions on behalf of the developer for the said project and all commercial understandings are between the Developer & Channel Partner only. The channel partner understands that, for any given sale the Developer is solely responsible for any payments as per terms and conditions of the contract entered into. Flow Realty shall only facilitate and coordinate on any such contracts as well as payments between the developer & Channel Partner.
If there are any source conflicts, the final decision will be as per the discretion of Flow Realty, as per our internal Channel Partner Policy.
Channel Partner is to enter an MOU with the developer, register the lead and put his company&s signature & seal on the Booking Form at the time of booking. If relevant documentation is absent, Flow Realty may not be able to justify the due credit to the Channel Partner for the deal.
The Channel Partner understands that Flow Realty or it&s directors are just a facilitator and shall not be liable for:
i. any loss of profits, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or revenue, any wasted expenditure, any loss of market, any loss or expense in respect of marketing of a Flow Realty’s mandate project or while dealing with a developer who has appointed Flow Realty as a consultant.
(regardless of whether any of these types of loss or damage are direct, indirect or
ii. any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever.
